Not necessarily. Many customers nominate a safe, accessible location where bottles can be delivered when they are not present.
We currently provide water delivery and service support throughout Auckland and Christchurch. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area.
The most common cause is a cracked or damaged water bottle. Even a tiny crack can allow air into the bottle, causing the cooler reservoir to overfill and appear to leak.
Remove the bottle, drain any excess water from the cooler, and replace it with a new bottle. Spring will replace faulty bottles free of charge on your next delivery.
If the bottle is not damaged, please contact our team as the cooler may require servicing.
A dripping tap is usually caused by a worn seal, O-ring or tap mechanism.
First, check that the tap is fully closed. If the tap continues to drip, please contact us and we can arrange a replacement tap or service visit if required.
This may be caused by an empty bottle, an incorrectly seated bottle, an airlock or a fault within the cooler.
Try replacing the bottle and ensuring it is correctly fitted. If the issue persists, contact our team for assistance.
Water coolers require adequate ventilation around the unit to operate effectively.
Check that the cooler is switched on and has sufficient airflow around the rear and sides. If the water remains warm after several hours, please contact us.
For optimal hygiene and performance, we recommend sanitising your water cooler every 6 months.
Plumbed-in coolers provide a continuous supply of filtered drinking water without the need to store or replace bottles. They are ideal for workplaces with moderate to high water consumption.
Most filters should be replaced every 6 to 12 months, depending on water usage and local water quality.
