Q: Why is my water coolers blue or white tap not cooling?

A: Please make sure it is on at the wall and that if your unit has an on switch at the back that it is also on. Test plug socket with another appliance to be sure that it is the cooler that is faulty.  If is still not cooling after that contact us and we will organise a solution for you.

Q: Why is my water coolers red tap not running hot?

A: Please make sure it is on at the wall and that if your unit has an on switch at the back that it is also on. Test plug socket with another appliance to be sure that it is the cooler that is faulty.  If it is still not running hot after that contact us and we will organise a solution for you.

Q: Why is there no water coming out of my tap?

A: In most cases this means that your water cooler is freezing on the inside and ice has built up blocking it's internal pipes and preventing water from flowing.  Contact us and we will organise a solution for you.

Q: Why is my water cooler leaking?

A: This is could be a faulty bottle. Remove the bottle and replace it with another full one (if you have one available). Please also make sure you have wiped any excess water away to avoid  damaging to unit.

If this has fixed the problem, please call us to arrange a replacement bottle. If your water cooler is still leaking contact us and we will organise a solution for you ASAP.
