Why is my water cooler's blue or white tap not cooling?

Please make sure it is on at the wall and that if your unit has an on switch at the back that it is also on.  Test plug socket with another appliance to be sure that it is the cooler that is faulty.  If is still not cooling after that contact us and we will organise a solution for you.

Why is my water cooler's red tap not running hot?

Why is there no water coming out of my tap?

In most cases this means that your water cooler is freezing on the inside and ice has built up blocking it's internal pipes and preventing water from flowing.  Contact us and we will organise a solution for you.

Why is my water cooler leaking?

This is usually because you have a faulty bottle.  Take off bottle and replace with another full one if one is available.  Make sure you have wiped any excess water away so as not to risk damage to the unit.  That should have fixed the problem, call us to notify of the issue and tag the bottle as faulty so when our driver comes to visit he knows to provide you with a replacement bottle. If your water cooler is still clearly leaking contact us and we will organise a solution for you.
